At Amplified, we believe in offering our customers the best possible experience. That's why all new users start with a 7-day free trial of our Pro Plan. This trial period gives you the opportunity to experience all the features and benefits of the Pro Plan without having to make any financial commitments.
Before the 7-day trial period ends, make sure to decide which plan you would like to be enrolled in - Free, Standard, Pro, or Enterprise. If you do not choose a plan before the end of the trial period, you will automatically be enrolled in the Pro Plan.

Amplified uses a contact-based billing model, where the cost of our services is based on the number of contacts in your customer database. This cost begins with the base price of your plan and increases as your contact count increases.
To estimate your monthly bill, simply follow these simple steps:
- Go to the Plans & Pricing page
- Input the number of contacts you have in the price estimator. (You can find the total number of your contacts on the Contacts page.)
- Click on “Calculate”.
What if no email is sent? Do I still get charged?
Yes, you will still be charged even if no email was sent. Our fee is based on the number of contacts you have, regardless of whether an email was sent or not. To get the most out of Amplified, we recommend activating your cart recovery flow and sending campaigns to your contacts.
What is a 7-day free trial?
Every new customer on Legacy Pricing gets a 7-day free trial of Amplified. During the free trial, you'll be on the Pro plan. Once the trial concludes, you'll be placed on the same plan. If you wish to cancel during your free trial, simply go to Plans & Pricing and select the Free Plan.
Will I be charged once the free trial ends?
Yes, you will be charged based on the pricing plan you choose. We recommend that you decide on which plan you want to use - Free, Standard, Pro, or Enterprise - before the end of your 7-day trial period. If you do not select a plan by the end of the trial period, you will be automatically enrolled in the Pro Plan.
What happens if I add more contacts than what I paid for?
Our pricing is dynamic. You can see in our estimator how much you will pay depending on how many contacts you have. As your list grows, you will be charged accordingly.
If I have 100 contacts, of which 50 gave me their SMS info, will I be charged for 150 contacts?
No. If you have 100 contacts but only have SMS information for 50 of them, you will still only be charged for 100 contacts. Each contact will only be counted once, regardless of how many points of contact you have with them.
If, for some reason, I have the same contact twice, will that contact be counted twice on my list?
No. The contact will only be counted once. Any duplicate contacts will automatically be merged when you add them to your list.
Can I upgrade my plan at any moment?
Yes, you can upgrade your account at any time. However, since October 2022, we have changed to our New Pricing plans, so you will need to select one of the plans available in our new pricing model.
