Refund Policy

We generally approve refund requests

Reach out to us via email at or through the live chat and we'll get your refund processed. We'll review your request and determine if a refund is applicable.

Note that all stores are required to subscribe to a 7-day trial of the Pro Plan (paid) just so that store owners get to test all functions available. When the subscription is not canceled before the trial expires, a charge will be generated.
