We offer two pricing plans for our customers: Free and Growth. Whether you're just starting out or looking to scale your business, we have a plan that's right for you.
Our Free plan is perfectly suited to small businesses and startups. With this plan, you can send a maximum of 100 messages each month, not exceeding 10 messages per day. You'll also have access to all Amplified features and tools to help you get your email and SMS marketing up and running.
The Free plan is a great option for businesses that are just starting out and don't have a lot of resources to invest in marketing and growth. It's also a convenient way to test out our platform and see if it's the right fit for your business.
The Growth plan is the perfect choice for businesses aiming to elevate their marketing and growth strategies. It starts at just $29 per month and increases as the number of your contacts grows. This allows your business to scale up and grow without having to worry about high upfront costs.
With this plan, you can enjoy unlimited messaging, plus access to all Amplified features and tools. The Growth plan is ideal for businesses looking to scale and amplify their marketing efforts.

Amplified uses a contact-based billing model. This means that if you are on the Growth plan, the cost of Amplified services begins at $29 and increases depending on the size of your customer database.
To estimate your monthly bill, simply follow these simple steps:
- Go to the Plans & Pricing page
- Input the number of contacts you have in the price estimator. (You can find the total number of your contacts on the Contacts page.)
- Click on “Calculate”.
In the free plan, what happens if I use all 100 outbound messages?
If you've reached your monthly outbound message limit, you won't be able to send any more messages until your limit refreshes at the start of the next month. To avoid this issue in the future, we recommend upgrading to the Growth plan.
How can I determine if I am on the Legacy or New Pricing Plan?
New pricing plans were introduced in October 2022. If you subscribed to a paid plan before that date, you may still be on the legacy pricing. Customers on the legacy plan will receive a notification at the top of their pricing pages and be provided with the option to switch to the new pricing plan.
I am currently on the Legacy Plan. Do I have to switch to the New Pricing plan?
No, you are not required to switch to the new pricing plan. You can remain on the legacy plan if you wish, and you will continue to be billed according to its terms.
If you choose to switch, you may do so at any time. Just go to the Plans & Pricing page and click the "Select Plan" button beneath the new pricing plan of your choice.
Do I get charged for SMS?
Amplified will not charge you for SMS messages - the charges for these will be billed directly to your Twilio account. For more information about Twilio's pricing, please visit this link.
