We generally approve refund requests
Reach out to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or through the live chat and we'll get your refund processed. We'll review your request and determine if a refund is applicable.
Note that all stores are required to subscribe to a 7-day trial of the Pro Plan (paid) just so that store owners get to test all functions available. When the subscription is not canceled before the trial expires, a charge will be generated.
